The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a development or project management professional to manage high-profile, apartment, build-to-rent, and masterplan housing communities, as well as integrated precinct developments. Projects are of a significant scale, from 50 dwellings up to 5,000 dwellings across multiple stages.
About You
Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in managing similar-sized projects from masterplan and DA submission, through to project delivery, including tendering contracts, financial management and sales & marketing. You will be able to apply your demonstrated property development experience to navigate internal and external project teams, utilities, and government agencies, including:
- Delivering complex, affordable and diverse apartment/mixed-use projects.
- Managing procurement and tendering of contractors, architects and consultant teams and the administration of D&C contracts.
- Navigating planning, feasibility, contract negotiations, and sustainable design.
- Driving financial, social, and environmental outcomes in line with project goals.
