Enjoy a varied administration position with plenty of responsibility, working with an experienced team on a major government contract.

It's a busy role but you'll be supported every step of the way. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating work orders, managing documentation, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organised, detail-focused and enjoy variety, this could be the perfect fit.

Plus, you'll be in a team that values collaboration and support, so you won't be doing it alone

About the company

They're an established facilities management and maintenance services group providing maintenance and project management to government and private clients. You'll be part of a team that delivers high-quality services across multiple sectors, with opportunities to learn and grow.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to keep service delivery on track. This includes:
  • Creating and coordinating work orders, purchase orders, and invoicing support
  • Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate databases and registers
  • Processing, reviewing, and closing work orders to ensure accuracy and support billing
  • Administering and maintaining contract and project documentation
What you'll need

We'd love to hear from you if you've worked in admin, scheduling, project support, or facilities coordination. What matters most is that you're organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Other than that, you'll need:
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic systems, and databases. Experience with work order software, e.g. Simpro, SAP or something similar would be helpful
