You will have an integral role on a portfolio of projects, including new build developments in the luxury residential and commercial sectors for private development groups and investment management clients

This established development & project management consultancy partners with clients in the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail/ hospitality sectors. They have offices in the major states of Australia and have experienced strong growth in Sydney over the last 5 years, with a good average employee tenure.


What you'll do:

Working with a Project Director and key client representatives, you will manage projects through the planning, design, and delivery phases. Most of the projects are in the Sydney Metro region.
  • develop project scope, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate contractors & consultants and ensure delivery against the scope
  • Lead aspects of procurement and contracts administration
  • Report on project performance, manage budget, identify and evaluate any areas of risk associated with the building projects
  • build and manage relationships with key stakeholders on the project
What you'll need:
  • 3-6 years Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing new building or refurbishments with at least a couple of years in a client-side role for a consultancy or property owner/ operator.
  • A good communicator is essential when working with the client and contractors on the projects
  • Able to prioritise your time working across 2-4 projects concurrently and be self-managed and accountable to schedules and deadlines
