- Collaborate for Success: Partner with senior executives, project teams, contractors, government and supply chain partners to embed MMC solutions into real projects.
- Oversee delivery excellence from feasibility to onsite assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
You are a forward-thinking construction leader with a passion for innovation and a proven record of delivery. You will be expected to drive a high-performance culture built on trust, inclusion, and accountability, while role-modelling Landcom values and delivering outcomes that support the Landcom purpose to create sustainable and socially responsible communities.
You bring:
- Senior experience in MMC, modular housing, construction, or large-scale property development.
- Deep knowledge of modern construction technologies and a proven track record in driving innovation, best practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Commercial acumen and ability to deliver cost, time, and sustainability benefits.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams through cultural and operational transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at government and board level.
