Project Manager Client Side Education and Residential Apartments

This leading development management and Project Management consultancy with a diverse project pipeline across NSW is looking for a Project Manager/ Senior PM to join the team in their Sydney CBD office.
They partner with prestigious Development Groups, Education Institutions and Real Estate Investment trusts on major Education, mixed-use, and residential apartment developments across Sydney.

They have been winning work with luxury apartment, industrial, and education sectors and are open to backgrounds and experience.
Supported by two industry-leading Company Directors and Project Directors you will manage projects across all stages, including development approvals, design coordination, tendering/ procurement, contract administration, progress, budget, and risk reporting. You will liaise with the client throughout the project's lifecycle and with consultants/ contractors to ensure design and quality are met.

To be successful in this role:

• You will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another Property related discipline
• You will have 4 years + years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience with a property group, client-side consultancy, or Head Contractor is preferred
