Assistant Project Manager, Client Side Consultancy - Sydney
- Construction and Fit-out projects $5 million to $100 million
- Established consultancy 40+ staff

They have offices in the major states and work on projects across a range of sectors including commercial refurbishment, education, aged care and residential projects ranging in value from $5 million to $100 million.
Duties Include:
- Daily management of key stakeholders to develop and execute a project design, manage a project budget, and deliver a project on program
- Engaging with consultants and contractors
- Management of tenders, contracts, letters of interest, purchase orders, project control group reports, cost reports, progress claims, variations, DA applications, construction and occupation certificates, and invoices.
Your background
- 2-3 years experience in a Project Management, although those from Contracts Administrator Head contractor backgrounds would be considered
- Ideally, you will have construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or another property-related degree.
